The Mitula Group has appointed Mathew Campbell as the new CEO of DotProperty. He will replace the site’s founder Ben Neve, who continued as CEO after Mitula acquired DotProperty in September 2016.

Matthew Campbell

DotProperty operates ten real estate platforms in nine Southeast Asian countries. Its head office is in Thailand, but it also operates sites in the Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Singapore and Malaysia.

Campbell (LinkedIn profile) brings extensive real estate experience and local knowledge to the role. For the past decade, he helped build Diakrit — a Bangkok-based real estate software and technology firm — into a “global leader” according to the Mitula Group’s statement. His last role there was as vice president and head of international sales.

In announcing the appointment, Mitula Group said it is eliminating the role of general manager for its Thailand business, which it created earlier this year to “allow Ben Neve to focus on building the property transaction business.”

Campbell will “assume responsibility for all group operations, including the property transaction business unit”, and will be based in DotProperty’s Bangkok head office. Neve will continue to support the team in an advisory capacity.
