After two years, Japanese realtors have just been given a second option to help them manage bulk listings. GoWeb lets agents post listings on several sites simultaneously from a central hub; just as Trading Revolution did when it launched in December 2016.
GoWeb is owned by Fukuoka-based Good Fudousan Inc., a real estate firm that’s been serving the sector since 2009.
The tool also offers agents a unified management system for vacancies and contracts, real-time updates, automated listing renewal, paperless cooperation and automatic responses to queries.
Good Fudousan also plans to launch a rental management application for landowners in the near future.
