JPosting, NM Systems merged

12 Oct 2018

Japanese staffing firms JPosting and NM Systems Inc. have been merged into a new brand StellaS Inc. All the recruitment services provided by both the companies will now be offered under the same banner.

Founded in 1998, JPosting operates a jobs search engine ReBss.jp and recruitment management systems JobSuiteTraax, and CareeSta. NM Systems also operates a temp agent service at Stellas-staff.jp and human resource support system Ordia.jp.

Mobile-first recruitment vertical MiiDas.jp, which is owned by Persol Career Co. Ltd., announced a similar collaboration with JobSuite in August.

JPosting didn’t mention financial details when it announced the merger earlier this month.

CEO Toru Yamamoto (山本 徹) said the fusion will combine the knowledge and expertise of both firms to diversify and improve services.
