Staffing firm Persol Career Inc. has agreed to help the Japanese financial sector thinktank OKB Research Institute embark on a full-fledged recruitment business to eliminate labor shortages in local companies.
Under the partnership, Persol Career will support OKB Research during the launch of its recruitment business by sharing data and expertise. In return, Persol will have access to the thinktank’s surveys, white papers and research reports related to the job markets in the Gifu and Aichi prefectures.
