Employment platform ZipRecruiter has announced that its added a new feature allowing job-seekers to create a more complete profile on its mobile application.

Users can now include information about who they are, their work experience and career objectives. The company’s AI-driven matching technology then analyzes data from the profile and resumes to quickly match employers and candidates.

The profiles feature lets people complete a summary that lists their certifications, salary requirements, and career aspirations. That data can either be entered manually or generated automatically using an uploaded resume. The feature also notes missing data and gives job-seekers suggestions on ways to improve their writing.

Nearly 70 percent of candidates who use ZipRecruiter do so on a mobile device, according to company data. ZipRecruiter boasts that it typically has more than 7.5 million active job listings at any given time. It says it added an average of a million job seekers to its platform each month, during the first quarter of 2018.

Founded in 2010, ZipRecruiter has nearly 1,000 employees in two states and three countries.
