Ga Technologies relocates headquarters

10 Jan 2019

Property firm Ga Technologies has relocated its headquarters to a relatively more spacious office in Tokyo, to accommodate its growing workforce amid business expansion.

Ga Technologies (TSE: 3491) owns and operates second-hand property trading site Renosy.com, a real estate investor-focused app Renosy Insight and a property crowdfunding platform. Its prop-tech subsidiary Itandi runs a rental app called Bukkaku, a rental information site at Heyazine.com and a room search site at Nomad-A.jp.

Established in 2013, Ga Tech acquired Itandi in a share-swap deal worth 1.9 billion yen ($16.6 million U.S.) in Nov. last year.

The new head office is located at the skyscraper Sumitomo Fudosan Roppongi Grand Tower. The new office is expected to be operational from the next month.
