Zequetti (LinkedIn profile) will be responsible for the category’s marketing strategy, which aims to consolidate the OLX Brazil brand in autos.

The company said she will contribute to expanding the category’s product offering and business partnerships. She’ll focus on the “market needs and trends, client satisfaction and user experience.”

Zequetti has a degree in radio and TV and a specialization in business communications. She also holds an MBA degree in marketing.

OLX Brazil launched its auto site AutoShift in August last year to compete with leading verticals WebMotors, which is owned by Santander Bank, and ICarros, which is owned by Itaú Bank.
