Japanese career-change site Doda.jp has deployed a cloud-based HR analysis tool to predetermine behavior, tendencies, and aptitudes of job applicants. It proposes recruiting methods accordingly, based on 17,000 suggestions.

The tool, which is called HR Analyst, was developed by Tokyo-based Internet firm Singular Inc. It helps recruiters avoid miscommunication during interviews and tailors communication to keep applicants satisfied. The system also provides data insight to personnel managers.

Doda.jp is owned by staffing firm Persol Holdings Limited (TSE: 2181). The company also has a business partner-matching site Eiicon.net, part-time jobs sites WebAn.jp and Baito.Line.me, and a job site for people with disabilities at Doda.jp/Challenge.
