Lifull Co. Ltd. (TSE: 2120) has announced the formation of a new company called Lifull Connect that will integrate the management resources and technical capabilities of the world’s leading aggregation sites: Mitula and Trovit

Lifull Connect will manage aggregation sites for real estate, recruitment, automobile, and fashion industries.

Lifull completed its acquisition of Spain-based, Australian Stock Exchange-listed Mitula Group in December. This came four years after taking over another Spanish aggregator: Trovit.

The new company will be led by Gonzalo del Pozo (LinkedIn profile) as CEO and Mauricio Silber (LinkedIn profile) as COO.

Founded in 1995, Tokyo-based Lifull Inc. (former Next Co., Ltd.) runs property vertical Lifull Home’s (at Homes.co.jp) as its core business. The site’s main competitors in Japan include Suumo.jp, AtHome, Yahoo Real Estate, and Chintai.net.
