ComeHome, a new real estate vertical operated by HouseCanary, has removed all its listings over concerns about its rights to the MLS data on the site.

Multiple listing service executives told Inman they were surprised their organizations’ data was appearing on the ComeHome, prompting the rapid shutdown.

HouseCanary, a real estate predictive analytics company, launched the listing platform in late 2018. It offers map-based real estate listings and other Zillow-like features.

A spokesperson said the listings were removed while the company reviews contracts with multiple listing services. As of Jan. 29, ComeHome still had no active listings.
