Catalonia-based digital recruitment network RedArbor.net has launched a new human resources brand: SherlockHR. It offers employers data-driven recruitment and is integrated with CompuTrabajo, the leading job portal in Latin America.
SherlockHR draws on more than 20 years of recruitment experience. RedArbor founder David Gonzalez Castro (LinkedIn profile) also founded the Anuntis Group of classifieds, which included Coches.net and Fotocasa.es. He sold this company to Schibsted in 2013.
Since its inception in 2013 RedArbor has focused on recruitment in Latin America. Gonzalez Castro retained control of the company he founded, InfoJobs.com.br, Brazil’s top job board when Schibsted bought sister site InfoJobs.net as part of the Anuntis deal. In 2014, RedArbor acquired a majority stake in CompuTrabajo. This group of job portals operates across Latin America and attracts more than 110 million visits per month.
SherlockHR, which is integrated with CompuTrabajo’s sites, offers employers multi-posting tools, personalized resume databases, management dashboards, interview kits and sharing tools to improve internal communications. It is also available as a standalone service.
