Lifull Co. Ltd. has entered into a business alliance with Chinese-oriented Japan New Xinhua News Agency, to guide and attract real estate investment in Japan from China.
Both companies will also co-host property road shows in China where investors can make direct contact with Japanese sellers and developers.
Tokyo-headquartered Lifull owns real estate major Lifull Home’s (at Homes.co.jp), aggregator Trovit, and digital classifieds group Mitula.
Lifull’s team will provide both pre- and post-purchase services to buyers. Listings from Lifull Home’s will be replicated on New Xinhua News Agency’s website. The agency aims to strengthen the Japan-China relationship through information sharing.
Lifull Home’s also partnered with Chinese real estate agency Lianjia (also known as HomeLink) January last year, to attract real estate investments in Japan.
The vertical’s main competitors in Japan include Suumo.jp, AtHome, Yahoo Real Estate, and Chintai.net.
