, a Turkish website that used to only advertise new developments, has pivoted into a proper real estate vertical in recent months. It now offers listings for commercial and private properties for sale or rent.

A stagnating economy has forced many real estate businesses to rethink their business models. The real estate sector is the country’s most important economic driver. Businesses dealing with new developments or construction projects have been hardest hit.

Projepedia users can now search for properties using a wide range of standard criteria like location, size, and price. The site currently carries 725 rental listings and 11,273 ads for properties for sale.

While standard listings are free for real estate agents and individuals, advertising a new development still carries a charge. The site lists more than 3,000 of these.
