Japanese HR firm Accelay Inc. has launched a new career management site for local and overseas freelancers at Freelance-Partners.com to serve the growing population of gig workers.

Tokyo-headquartered Accelay Inc. was launched in February 2012 with a capital of Y20 million ($178,000 U.S.). The company is engaged in dispatch and worker placement businesses. It also provides consultancy to entrepreneurs.

Freelance-Partners guarantees 30 to 50 percent upfront income to freelances and ensures they’ll get work within three days of registration. This will likely help the start-up stand out in a market crowded by the likes of Lancers.jp, CrowdWorks.jpFreelance.Levtech.jpCoconalaWorkShift-Sol.com, and Pro-Freelancer.com.
