Horizontals Bikroy.com and Ikman.lk — which are both owned by Saltside Technologies AB — have doubled down on their jobs verticals by offering curated search experiences to job-seekers and employers.

Bangladeshi Bikroy.com offers direct links to vacancies from employers who’ve partnered with BikroyJobs. Job-seekers can now conduct searches based on industries and the type of work they’re looking for: full-time, part-time and contractual.

A dedicated talent search page helps employers browse through a database of more than 400,000 resumes. The jobs vertical says it receives more than 200,000 applicants every month and more than 450,000 unique visitors a month. It lists more than 380 new job ads every month and carries around 1,000 live listings at any given time.

BikroyJobs’ main competitors include BDJobs, Skills.gov.bd, and Kormo.

Sri Lankan Ikman.lk has also made more or less similar changes in its jobs vertical. It’s changed the vertical’s color scheme to blue to introduce a distinction from the primary site. IkmanJobs receives more than 233,000 unique visitors per month. It lists more than 3,200 new job ads per month, while monthly live ads are 4,100. The site gives employers access to its database of more than 225,000 resumes. 14, 000 new applicants sign up every month.

Another major job site in the country is XpressJobs.lk.
