Second-hand property trading site Renosy.com has integrated a communication tool into its app to help customers exchange messages with realtors.

The app is available for iOS and Apple devices. The new chat system has built-in message suggestions, based on the questions users usually ask, making it fast and convenient.

Renosy.com is owned and managed by Tokyo-based real estate firm Ga Technologies. Established in 2013, Ga Tech also runs a real estate investor-focused app Renosy Insight and a property crowdfunding platform. It has a prop-tech subsidiary Itandi.

The analog real estate market in Japan is gradually adopting technologies to make transactions transparent and efficient. RakuMachi.jp, a search engine for income-producing properties, also offers a communication platform to help registered users exchange messages and files. Property market major AtHome.co.jp has a chatbot to answer questions 24 hours a day.
