The French c-to-c real estate site Pap.fr has launched a new portal called MieuxQuuneAgence.fr (‘Better than an agency’ in French). It’s a sort of digital agency that offers a set of functionalities for property sellers.

The new services include expert property estimation advice, the creation of digital 3D images, and virtual tours. MieuxQuuneAgence.fr currently charges €690 for a full set of services to help sell a property. It doesn’t take a commission on these transactions.

Pap.fr (the name of the site comes from “De Particulier a Particulier”, which means “from individual to individual”) has hired 80 specialists in seven French cities. These specialists filter through the contacts that respond to a listing. They remove professionals and only admit qualified potential buyers that have access to a property financing plan. Legal advice is also provided, at no additional cost.

Being a site for private listings only, Pap.fr rolled out its digital agency counting on its popularity among users. It is France’s third most visited site in terms of traffic, behind LeBonCoin and SeLoger — the site for real estate agents (professionals). Pap.fr had 5 million total visits in April, according to SimilarWeb.
