Two former NetJobs Group bosses have returned. The company’s board has appointed Niklas Eriksson as its permanent CEO while Lukas Bacic will be the new head of sales.
Eriksson (LinkedIn profile) will replace acting CEO Johan Henriksson who’s been in the position since Georg Tsaros left it vacant. Tsaros had been CEO of NetJobs Group AB since March 2018. He replaced Johan Hultgren after disappointing FY2017 results. Eriksson is set to take over by no later than January 1, 2020.
“It feels very inspiring to come back to NetJobs,” he said in a press statement. “I have strong faith in the company and look forward to realizing NetJob’s strategy together with the board and the staff.” Eriksson previously served as the group’s CEO between 2013 and 2016, after a stint as a sales manager. He is currently the CEO at Assessit.
Bacic (LinkedIn profile) also currently works at Assessit where he’s a senior consultant. He’ll join NetJobs as head of sales in September. Bacic previously served as the company’s country manager for Sweden back in April 2017 — a position he held for two years.
NetJobs Group runs specialized job recruiting sites in Sweden and Germany. It’s gone through several quarters of weak financial results and almost ran out of cash earlier this year.
