Property firm Ga Technologies plans to open a fourth branch in August to expand sales channels and strengthen its contact with customers in Fukuoka.

Tokyo-headquartered Ga Tech already has offices in Osaka and Nagoya. The company recently relocated its headquarters to a relatively more spacious office in Tokyo to accommodate its growing workforce amid business expansion.

Ga Tech (TSE: 3491) owns and operates used-property distribution site Renosy.com, which provides home search, renovation, asset utilization, and management services. The real estate vertical uses AI to help users visualize demographics and crime rates in various neighborhoods.

The group also runs a real estate investor-focused app Renosy Insight and a property crowdfunding platform. Its prop-tech subsidiary Itandi runs a rental app called Bukkaku and a property trading cloud.

Established in 2013, Ga Tech acquired Itandi in a share-swap deal worth 1.9 billion yen ($16.6 million U.S.) in Nov. last year.

Renosy.com competes with property trading sites Suumo.jp, Homes.co.jp, AtHome.co.jp, and Realestate.Yahoo.co.jp.
