Tokyo-based SRE Holdings (formerly Sony Real Estate) has introduced consultancy and support services which include the use of its predictive analysis tool for hyper-targeted marketing in the real estate sector. The company operates the c-to-c property site HomeDirect (おうちダイレクト) in collaboration with Yahoo Japan.

Called Prediction One, the tool was developed by SRE’s AI subsidiary SRE AI Partners. The machine learning-based software lets marketers extract high-quality customers in the property distribution field.

The predictive analytics tool is able to extract 1,000 targets per month from a massive database of customers.

SRE Holdings has also harnessed its artificial intelligence prowess to offer price-trend charts and value assessment tool to HomeDirect’s users.

Property sites and are aggressively using modern technology to analyze property images and text content and detect privacy violations.
