Job.com, a “passive” recruitment platform that allows job-seekers to register and wait for job offers, has tied up with JazzHR — an applicant-tracking service catering to small businesses. The collaboration combines JazzHR’s recruitment tools with Job.com’s AI-powered technology and gives JazzHR users access to Job.com’s platform.
Job.com’s platform presents employers with tech-vetted candidate applications while alerting job-seekers to new top opportunities. The platform is built on blockchain technology and the firm offers recruiters a highly competitive performance-based price offer. It only charges for its service after successful hirings. Employers pay 7 percent of the position’s annual salary — compared to the more traditional 20 percent.
Job.com focusses on three sectors: finance, information technology, and law.
“Highly technical positions are the most difficult to hire for; considering the high degree of specificity, tight deadlines and the limited pool of qualified talent,” Job.com chief visionary officer Arran Stewart said. “It’s critical for employers to easily verify candidate credentials, pinpoint the best matches and communicate with applicants easily and efficiently.”
JazzHR focuses on providing flexible recruitment solutions for small businesses, offering a powerful, affordable ATS backed by world-class customer support.
