The Japanese career-change site for caregivers Job.KiraCare.jp — which is owned by HR firm Leverages Inc. — has established its second branch office in Nagoya to expand sales and support services in Aichi prefecture.

Job.KiraCare.jp opened its first branch in Osaka in April. Previously, it was serving its customers from Leverages headquarters in Tokyo.

Founded in 2015, the industry-specific recruitment site has facilitated more than 6,000 hires so far. The demand and supply gap for care workers in Aichi is estimated to reach 24,000 by 2025.

KiraCare aims to expand its footprints to four bases by Apr. 2020. It competes directly with Kaigo-Kyuujin.com, Career-Next.jpCareStyle.jpRelax-Job.com/Kaigo and Kango.MyNavi.jp.

Established in 2005, Leverages has more than 20 offices in Japan and abroad, including offices in Singapore and Mexico. Leverages set up a special vehicle called Leverages Medical Care to run Job.KiraCare.jp, a dispatch jobs site for caregivers at Job.KiraCare.jp/Haken, a nursing dispatch jobs site at Kango-Oshigoto.jp/Feature/Haken and a career-change site for nurses at Kango-Oshigoto.jp.
