Proto Medical Care Inc. has transformed the UI/UX of its caregiver-focused recruitment site Kaigo-Kyuujin.com to help job-seekers make hyper-local jobs searches. 

Founded in 2004, Tokyo-based HR firm Proto Medical Care also runs a job-matching site for nurses at Nurse-Agent.com, a part-time job site for nurses and caregivers at Medical-Cubic.com and a search engine for paid nursing homes at OasisNavi.jp.

The company is a sister concern of Proto Corporation that owns and manages used-cars marketplace GooNet, motorcycle marketplace GooBike.com, a car workshop finder called GooPit, and a listing site for unwanted goods at Oikura.jp. Proto Medical Care spun off from Proto Corp. to undertake healthcare staffing business in May 2011.

Kaigo-Kyuujin.com lets job-seekers to scout opportunities based on types and places of works from the landing page. All the details like salary and job type are now displayed on the same page. All job information posted on the site can be directly applied and inquired.

Leverages Inc., MyNavi Corp. and SE Mobile & Online Inc. also operate a score of job-matching sites for nurses and caregivers.
