The target audience is young people with little or no work experience. Summer Camp is designed to improve their job hunting skills and boost their resume. According to the site, each training day will include a morning session on job search techniques, interview tips and coaching. In the afternoon, experts will lead hands-on job training. Successful applicants can attend one or more sessions.

To apply, JobToday users need to complete an online application, follow the company on Instagram, comment on its Summer Camp Instagram post, and be available to attend training in July.

London Summer Camp offers four sessions: focus fitness, content creation for social media, Box Art gallery, and Bodyism. In Barcelona, there will be five sessions covering hotel work, customer service, retail, event staffing and sales.

JobToday co-founder and head of global PR Polina Frolova-Montano (LinkedIn profile) told the AIM Group these sessions are “a kick off of a continuous, larger online and offline program.”

JobToday, whose core proposition is to connect candidates with a job in 24 hours, has raised more than $65 million (CrunchBase figures) since its its 2015 launch. Its latest funding was a $16 million round in September 2018.
