Top Iranian horizontal Divar.ir has released annual KPIs of all its major verticals in the second-hand market worth $9 billion U.S.. The annual report was issued earlier this month.

The marketplace cumulatively published 400,000 ads per day during the last year. It served 380,000 business houses.

About 1.4 million household items, like furniture, carpet and home appliances were sold at the marketplace during the year, while around 1.3 million mobiles, tablets, computers and TVs were sold. The site displayed 16.5 million property and 7.4 million auto listings during the year.

Approximately, 500,000 individuals succeeded in finding jobs during the year: 180,000 of them were from Tehran; 190,000 from big cities and 130,000 from small towns. Almost 80 percent of the employers succeeded in finding staffs on the Divar in less than a week.

Divar was launched in 2012 as a side project to Cafe Bazaar — the local version of Google Play.

Traffic stats site SimilarWeb.com measured 8.4 million visitors to Divar.ir in June. Rival Sheypoor.com saw 3.3 million visitors during the last month. Niazerooz.com is another up-and-coming general marketplace with 0.9 million monthly visitors.
