Recruitment management system JobSuite has deployed a smartphone video interview tool JobReco to help recruiters and companies eliminate mismatch during the hiring process.

Under the inter-services collaboration, JobSuite notifies guidance e-mails to the candidates who want to record interviews. A job-seeker just needs to download JobReco app to answer the pre-recorded questions. An employer can significantly reduce the time, effort, and cost required to manage and implement initial screening by confirming the contents of the recorded responses through the JobSuite.

Earlier this year, JobSuite tied up with video interview platform Harutaka to optimize recruitment costs for recruiters. The recruitment support cloud manages applications coming from various media. It is used by more than 500 recruiters and companies.

Tokyo-based HR tech firm StellaS owns and operates JobSuite. The company also runs two other cloud systems for recruiters: JobSuit Freshers and JobSuite Temporary. It operates a personalized video system Onono that allows job-seekers to create a personal video by editing the visuals and texts on templates.

Other major operators of recruitment management systems in Japan are HR tech firm IgniteEye and applicants tracking system vendor HR Solutions.
