Japanese business partner-matching startup HonMono has introduced a new membership service to strengthen connections between entrepreneurs and companies looking to undertake joint projects.
For a monthly fee of Y5,000 ($46 U.S.), the service gives subscribers access to official members of HonMono and its partner network.
The skill-sharing marketplace was launched in Apr. this year. It connects videographers, designers, craftsmen, and people with diverse skills with companies that seek support for business growth.
Eiicon.net, a subsidiary of Persol Career Inc., is a direct competitor to HonMono. There is a score of skills marketplaces in Japan. Major ones are operated by Crowd Works and Lancers Inc.
