, the No. 3 real estate vertical in Japan in terms of traffic, has introduced a top page creation service to help its registered realtors create effective property ads regardless of their expertise.

The service offers templates under a content management system. Realtors can convey their specifications to AtHome’s in-house web director and designer who’ll create a unique page containing text and images. Realtors can then choose to customize the page further at an extra fee. In general, the service works out cheaper than setting up a domain and website.

AtHome launched its website creation tool in 2010 and since then 4,600 member stores have benefited from the tool.

The website is owned by Tokyo-based AtHome Co, Ltd. — not to be confused with U.S.-based AtHome or Luxembourg-headquartered real estate brokerage AtHome. It operates a network of more than 55,000 real estate companies nationwide. The company was established in 1967. saw 9.4 million visitors on desktop and mobile sites in June, according to SimilarWeb. No.2 rival saw 15.7 million while No.1 saw 19.1 million visitors during the same month.
