Young millennials in Vietnam and Hong Kong will be the next to benefit from Glints — an online talent recruitment and career discovery platform.

Fueled by six-time revenue growth, the Singapore-based start-up has secured $6.8 million U.S. in series B funding led by Monk’s Hill Ventures and backed by returning investors Wavemaker Partners, Fresco Capital, and angel investor Darius Cheung. MindWorks, a Hong Kong-based global venture capital firm, also contributed.

The success of Glints has been attributed to its focus on helping graduates at the start of their careers. A one-of-a-kind interactive feature gives young graduates an avenue to make discoveries about their careers. The start-up also develops candidates through their training arm: Glints Academy.

Employers stand to benefit from the company’s focus on technology. The platform accelerates processes and delivers higher success rates. It leverages technology to automate candidate sourcing, matching, and follow-ups. Employers also realize greater cost savings as Glints only charges for successful hires.

The company’s current value is set above $15 million U.S. Its unique combination of candidate nurturing, technology and efficiency has attracted reputable businesses including GoJEK, AIA, FWD Insurance, and UOB.
