Imovelweb, a real estate vertical operating in Brazil, has unveiled more details about its new offices on the 11th floor of a building in the Paulista Avenue in São Paulo, an upscale financial district.
In a LinkedIn post, the Navent-owned company said it hoped to improve mobility for its employees. Although it occupies an entire floor, Imovelweb’s new office shares common areas — like meeting rooms — with other businesses, in an attempt to promote networking, CEO Leonardo Paz said.
The company’s office was previously located in the Vila Olimpia area, where other local classified companies, like WebMotors, are based. No. 1 Brazilian horizontal OLX Brazil — a joint venture between Naspers and Adevinta — also has an office in the Paulista Avenue area.
