Recruitment support tool En-Gage.net now allows its more than 200,000 corporate clients to post job listings on fast-growing job-matching app Career.Line.me, for free.

En-Gage has already provided its customers with free access to Google for Jobs and Indeed.com. The indexation by Career.Line.me will help employers reach an even broader audience. The app has amassed more than 2 million users in less than a year and is a joint venture between En-Japan Inc. (51%) and Line Corp. (49%).

En-Japan launched En-Gage in Aug. 2016. It lets employers use a variety of templates to create corporate career pages and includes an ATS. The company works as a simple notification service to directly communicate with job applicants and can also be linked with Facebook.

En-Japan’s main competitors include Recruit Holdings, MyNavi Corp., and Persol Career Co. Ltd.
