Japanese recruitment firm DIP Inc. has tied up with applicant tracking system vendor HR Solutions to shorten application-to-hiring times and improve interview and recruitment rates.

DIP Corp. operates a temporary and part-time jobs site Baitoru and a regular recruitment vertical BaitoruNext. HR Solutions runs a cloud-based recruitment management system for part-time hiring called Recop and an employment support system Haisol.

The application programming interface (API) linkage between DIP and HR Solutions is expected to increase data collection speeds by up to four times.

More than 2,000 companies are currently using Recop and Haisol. BaitoruNext posted growth in its number of listings for the 15th consecutive month in July. Job offers rose 7.8% year-on-year and 16.3% month-on-month to 32,000 during the last month.

Founded in Mar. 1997, Tokyo-based DIP Corp. also operates a comprehensive jobs site Hatarako, a jobs site for nurses at Iryo-De-Hatarako.net, a side-jobs app Gaksei Hunter and on-demand salary service Banq.

Tokyo-based HR Solutions runs a mid-career recruitment support and management system called RecLog and a part-time jobs site at GokinJob.net.

API integration is a common strategy for recruitment companies hoping to improve hiring efficiency. Career-change site Doda.jp, the main business of staffing firm Persol Holdings Limited, has a data connection with cloud hiring management system JobCan. Characteristic-matching job site FutureFinder.net has an API cooperation with recruitment management system Sonar.
