American recruit management system Kaizen Recruit has entered Japan to help domestic companies deal with complicated selection processes when hiring local and foreign staff.

Kaizen Recruit is operated by boutique consulting firm Pacific Reach Advisors, which was founded in 2012. Bilingual Kaizen offers automatic applicant screening, interview recording and schedule adjustment synchronized with Office 365 and Google Calendar.

The system allows employers to create their own career pages within three minutes. Applicants can be managed on the system without needing a separate email account for communication.

Recruitment management systems are becoming increasingly popular among employers and job sites in Japan. Staffing firm En-Japan Inc. provides a central hub at to manage job applications coming from different channels like agents, recruitment media and corporate sites. Persol Career Co. Ltd. provides third-party recruitment support and management services RecLog and JobSuite to help clients improve hiring efficiency.
