Vietnamese recruitment marketplaces operator Navigos Group has announced a new corporate identity targeted at becoming a comprehensive career development ecosystem.
Navigos Group operates the country’s No.1 recruitment marketplace VietnamWorks.com, regular jobs search engine NavigosSearch and a job board for c-suite professionals, Primus.vn. Japanese conglomerate En-Japan Inc. acquired the company for $22 million U.S. in 2013, according to Crunchbase.
Over the past five years, the company’s core service, VietnamWorks.com, has launched a variety products, including intelligence and emotional quotients assessment and e-learning.
According to Navigos Group CEO Gaku Echizenya (LinkedIn profile), the change in corporate identity has helped the company redefine its broader ethos “while shaping the overall character of both the organization and each employee”.
The Navigos Group’s new logo also features a new slogan, “Unleash the Next.” “This statement establishes our business development strategy, and also demonstrates the connection in the mindset and operating philosophy of every employee at Navigos Group for the past 17 years,” said Echizenya of the new slogan.
VietnamWorks.com saw 3.1 million visitors in Sept., according to SimilarWeb. Its competitors, CareerBuilder.vn and JobStreet.vn, had 2.6 million and 1.8 million visitors, respectively, during the same month.
Founded in 2002 and headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, Navigos provides online recruitment, human resource consulting and aptitude test services.
