The Finnish government has launched a multi-agency recruitment site that targets positions that don’t require Finnish language skills. JobsInFinland aggregates job offers in the Helsinki and Southwest regions, with plans to expand to Central Finland soon.

JobsInFinland is the latest project from Talent Boost, a government initiative that aims to promote employment-based immigration to tackle labor shortages in Finland. According to some estimates, Finnish companies search for around 20,000 to 35,000 international employees every year.

The Talent Boost initiative is run by Finnish government organization Business Finland, the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment and the Ministry of Education and Culture.
