Despite a market of only four million people, Moldovan classifieds have continued to innovate to maintain their market positions.

In late January, the leading recruitment vertical, Rabota, began letting companies describe benefits using infographics instead of text. Currently, there are twenty options available, including work-from-home, medical insurance, flexible working hours and many more. While there is currently no data on how the new feature has affected the site, in January, website traffic volume grew by 20% to 433,000 monthly visits.

In February, another Moldovan classified, the horizontal 999.md, launched a new pay-per-click advertising service for sellers. The service, called Booster, highlights sponsored listings and shows them to users who are interested in similar goods or services. 999.md is the leading Moldova-based horizonal with 9.3 monthly visitors, according to SimilarWeb.
