Leading Czech real estate site Bezrealitky.cz increased revenue by 33% in 2019, according to a report from Czech news site Ihned.cz.

The company’s revenue amounted to CZK 40 million ($1.7 million U.S.) in 2019, up from CZK 30 million last year. EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization) amounted to CZK 15 million ($662,018 U.S).

The value of real estate transactions on Bezrealitky totaled CZK 42 billion ($1.8 billion U.S.), up 33% year-on-year. Apartments accounted for approximately three-quarters of the nearly 10,000 brokered transactions on the platform. The rest were houses.

Bezrealitky.cz is owned by PriceTown and competes with Sreality.cz and Reality.Idnes.cz in the Czech Republic.

In February, Bezrealitky saw 1.5 million visits compared to Sreality.cz’s 7.7 million visits and Reality.Idnes.cz’s 1.6 million visitors, according to SimilarWeb.
