Talantix, an online recruitment platform owned by leading Russia-based recruitment vertical HeadHunter, has launched a remote interview service.
The service operates on Microsoft Teams and allows recruiters to interview candidates remotely. Recruiters can invite and schedule candidates for video interviews on the Talantix platform. Candidates can use any device to take the call.
“During the pandemic, all the communications, including recruitment, have moved online. While most of the interviews were phone-hosted, we have decided to make the process simpler and safer,” said Gleb Lebedev, head of web services at HeadHunter. “Now, recruiters can set up and host interviews in a comfortable interface, and candidates don’t need to spend time traveling to an interview.”
The service is the last step in HeadHunter’s goal of digitizing the recruitment process. The vertical now offers online options for everything from listings to interviews.
“The new service will save recruiters around 240 hours each year on organizational issues alone,” said Marina Khadina, head of Talentix.
Since May 18, all recruiters on Talantix have had access to the service. Last week, the service launched in beta on HeadHunter for a limited number of recruiters.
