Ringier Axel Springer has appointed Maciej Lenartowicz to the management board of MZN Property Group, which operates Polish real estate site Morizon.pl and several other real estate verticals.

Lenartowicz moved to MZN Property from Ringier Axel Springer Tech, where he served as chief financial officer. He previously worked in a number of managerial positions at JSW IT and T-Mobile Polska.

MZN Property’s management team includes CEO Jarosław Święcicki and VP Sławomir Topczewski. Both have been with MZN Property for several years.

MZN Property was acquired by Ringer Axel Springer in April, a move that valued the company at PLN 84 million ($21.2 million U.S.). Right after the acquisition, Ringier Axel Springer appointed Mark Dekan, CEO of Ringier Axel Springer Media and Ringier Axel Springer Polska, and Krzysztof Stopa, CFO at Ringier Axel Springer Polska, to the supervisory board of MZN Property.

MZN Property operates real estate verticals Morizon.pl, Nportal.pl, Domy.pl, Oferty.net, Komercyjne.pl and Noweinwestycje.pl. It also owns Virtal Sp. z o.o., which provides internet marketing services — primarily to Morizon.pl and Nportal.pl — and financial services site FinPack, as well as Lendi, a mortgage distribution platform.

Ringier Axel Springer was established in 2010 as a joint venture between Ringier and Axel Springer to combine their international operations in Central and Eastern Europe. Today, Ringier Axel Springer manages more than 200 digital and print products in Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Serbia, Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia. The company’s other classifieds in Poland include recruitment sites NoFluffJobs.pl and StepStone.pl.
