Talent.com, the fast-growing recruitment site formerly called Neuvoo, has tied up with tech vendor JobSync to let job seekers fill out applications without being rerouted to another website.

JobSync works with a number of ATS vendors and job sites to streamline the application process. Recruitment ads often direct job seekers to click through to the employer’s own site in order to apply. This multi-site process creates “friction” that can reduce applications by 75%, according to JobSync. JobSync’s tech lets job seekers fill out applications through the job board, a faster process that nets employers more applications, the firm says.

At first, JobSync’s native-apply process will be limited to advertisers who use Oracle’s popular Taleo applicant tracking system. But that’s just to start, Talent.com president Michael O’Dell said.

“We are starting with Taleo clients as this is where the biggest need for our customer base is,” said O’Dell. “We will add additional ATSes when needs arise.”

O’Dell added, “Today we organically index several thousand Taleo-based corporate career sites and countless others running on Workday, UltiPro, etc.  Once we can ramp up to full scale, any mid-market or enterprise client using an ATS in JobSync’s arsenal will be able to enable this more efficient job application workflow.”

Talent.com is a pay-per-click job listings aggregator. This year, the AIM Group ranked the site No. 6 in the world by traffic.
