Belgian cross-media company DPG Media announced a new management structure for its affiliate in the Netherlands. The move comes on the heels of DPG’s acquisition of Sanoma Media’s Netherlands media assets.

The 14-person management team includes Erik Roddenhof (CEO), Philippe Remarque (selective news media), Joyce Nieuwenhuijs (magazines), Lauri Koop (online services), Melanie van Hemert (HR), Esther Hovis (Finance), Marc van Breda (legal), Rudy Bertels (operations) and Adil Bouchmal (strategy and integration).

DPG Media Netherlands has a number of classifieds brands under its management, including recruitment marketplace NationaleVacatureBank.nl and autos vertical AutoTrack.nl.

Last December, Sanoma divested Sanoma Media Netherlands, which operated its print and digital assets in the country, to DPG Media in a deal worth €400 million ($444 million U.S.). Sanoma’s portfolio included NU.nl, one of the most prominent news outlets in the country, as well as a variety of Dutch and Belgian magazines.

Sanoma is the largest cross-media company in Finland. The group, which is listed on the Helsinki Stock Exchange, is among the top five magazine publishers in Europe. It also operates in Finland, Belgium, Poland and Sweden.
