, the leading Czech real estate site, now lets landlords create virtual tours of their available apartments. The service is currently available in Prague, according to a report on news site

Bezrealitky is touting speed as the main differentiator for its tour feature — owners can book the service online and have a 3D tour listed in just one day. The price of the service ranges from CZK 600 to CZK 1,400 ($27 to $63 U.S.), depending on the apartment’s size.

The virtual tour is the latest step in Bezrealitky’s goal of digitizing the rental process. The site already lets owners and tenants complete transactions online using automatically generated rental agreements.

Bezrealitky is owned by PriceTown and primarily competes with and in the Czech Republic. In June, Bezrealitky saw 1.8 million visits compared to Sreality’s 10.5 million visits and Reality.Idnes’s 2.2 million visitors, according to SimilarWeb.
