Morizon.pl, the Ringier Axel Springer-owned real estate site, and horizontal Gratka.pl have teamed up to let real estate agents publish listings simultaneously on both websites.

The announcements are also cross-posted on Allegro.pl, the largest b-to-c marketplace in Poland as well as Ringier Axel Springer’s news sites, including Forbes.pl, Onet.pl and BusinessInsider.com.pl. Polska Press Group’s regional news sites will also display the listings.

The new offer will let real estate agents reach up to 90% of active online users in Poland, Jarosław Świecicki, the CEO at Morizon and Gratka, told WirtualneMedia.pl.

Ringier Axel Springer acquired Gratka.pl from HKM in February. HKM also owns Polska Press Group. The acquisition of MZN Property was completed by Ringier Axel Springer in April.

MZN Property operates real estate verticals Morizon.pl, Nportal.pl, Domy.pl, Oferty.net, Komercyjne.pl and Noweinwestycje.pl. It also owns Virtal Sp. z o.o., which provides internet marketing services — primarily to Morizon.pl and Nportal.pl — financial services site FinPack, and Lendi, a mortgage distribution platform.

Ringier Axel Springer was established in 2010 as a joint venture between Ringier and Axel Springer to combine their international operations in Central and Eastern Europe. Today, Ringier Axel Springer manages more than 200 digital and print products in Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Serbia, Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia. The company’s other classifieds in Poland include recruitment sites NoFluffJobs.pl and StepStone.pl.
