Programmatic recruitment platform PandoLogic has named Jennifer Ravalli, formerly of ICIMS, as its vice president of marketing.

Ravalli (LinkedIn profile) will lead marketing and strategic initiatives as PandoLogic seeks to expand its market share.

“We are excited and pleased to have Jennifer join our senior leadership team as VP of Marketing,” stated Terry Baker, president and chief executive officer of PandoLogic. “She has the experience and talent to help us drive our go-to-market strategy and build our brand in the talent acquisition industry.”

Ravalli has more than 15 years of experience in recruitment. Before joining PandoLogic, she worked two years leading planning and product marketing at ICIMS, an applicant-tracking-system vendor.

Before that, she worked seven years at ADP, the Fortune 500 human-resources software and services company. She ended her tenure at ADP as vice president – product marketing, national account services.

Ravalli is also a member of Chief, a professional network focused on connecting and supporting women leaders.

PandoLogic provides a technology platform PandoIQ that enables recruiters to get more from their job-ad budget through the use of data science and machine learning. The technology promises to put the right ads in front of the right candidates at the right time.

Since 2007, the company, previously called RealMatch, has worked with more than 125,000 employers and 700 digital publishers, the firm says.

Last fall, PandoLogic was said to be up for sale in the wake of a flurry of acquisitions that resulted in the sale of four of the company’s programmatic competitors.
