In Poland, Agora’s recruitment sites HRLink.pl and GoldenLine.pl will merge to create one comprehensive offering for HR services.

The new company will be led by Arkadiusz Kuchto (LinkedIn profile), the current CEO of HRLink and GoldenLine. He will manage the entire merger process and the creation of a joint strategy.

HRLink.pl is an online recruitment site available in the subscription model. It also offers other IT services related to the recruitment process (e.g. creating career websites) as well as a multi-posting job ads service. The site is operated by Online Technologies HR, in which Agora has held a majority stake since 2019.

Agora first invested in recruitment GoldenLine in 2011 when it purchased 36% of its shares for PLN 11.5 million. In 2016, Agora became the majority stakeholder in GoldenLine by purchasing an additional 53% of shares for PLN 8.5 million. The site reported a major dip in revenue for 2019, which led the company to cut staff by 80% in April.

The merger process will last a few months and after its completion, GoldenLine will be included in HRlink structures, Agora said in a news release announcing the merger.
