After two years of collaboration, Casavo, the Italy-based IBuyer, has acquired The company says it will use Realisti’s virtual tour services to develop its own virtual reality services.

“We have been working with for more than two years using their virtual tour service to sell our properties” said Giorgio Tinacci, founder and CEO of Casavo. “We have been impressed by this tech product which is benefitting the whole sector … this investment allow us to consolidate the technological offer for our partners, as well as answering to the new reality and needs emerging with the Covid-19 pandemic”.

“We are happy of becoming part of Casavo, it’s a big step for us” added Edoardo Ribichesu, co-founder and CEO of “Linking how our tech know-how to Casavo’s ecosystem we are providing to real estate agents the right tools to face emerging challenges.”

While will remain independent, Casavo will gain around 100 employees. To date, Casavo has completed about 1000 real estate transactions for a total value of €250 million.
