Razavi (LinkedIn profile) has been working at the group for almost five years and was previously a board member. Before joining, he spent time in Iran’s tourism sector. Razavi began his career as an investment analyst after completing a degree in business administration in 2007.
In other news, Hessam Armandehi has become chairman of Hezardastan’s board. Armandehi (LinkedIn profile) confirmed the news with the AIM Group over the weekend. Armandehi has been at the helm of Divar and Café Bazaar for 10 years.
Hezardastan Group is two and a half years old. Divar was launched as a side project of app marketplace Cafe Bazaar in 2012.
Pomegranate Investment AB-backed Sheypoor.com is Divar’s main competitor.
