Global marketplace specialist announced a new corporate website today.

“Visitors to can now see how we connect buyers and sellers in 12 countries, facilitating everything from motor vehicles and consumer goods to real estate and jobs. The matchmaking principle also carries over to talent recruitment and acquisition,” Adevinta said in a LinkedIn post.

Norway-based Adevinta, a spinoff of media group Schibsted, has been on its way to organizational restructuring since it went public in 2019.

Despite a few regulatory hurdles to acquisition of EBay Classifieds, the group has paced steadily with its plan to divest from non-core territories and consolidate operations in core Western European markets.

Adevinta operates around 29 marketplaces.

“Looking back from where we started when we IPO’d in April 2019 and what we have achieved as a company since then, we are at a pivotal moment of our journey so our brand and identity keep evolving with us,” it said. “… this refresh is still ongoing.”
