Brazilian fashion-focused marketplace Enjoei has named Marcos Antonio Pinheiro Filho as its a new CFO and director of investor relations.

Filho has over 15 years of expertise in the finance, compliance, and investor relations sectors. He was previously CFO at Smiles, a Brazilian airline mileage program. He also worked as a key executive in companies like Medial Saúde, Sodexo and Embratel. He has a Business Administration degree and a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of California in Los Angeles (UCLA).

Enjoei is a leading fashion marketplace in Brazil, which sells both used and new clothing products and accessories. The company reported BRL 495 million ($92.2 million US) in gross merchandise value (GMV) in 2020, according to a provisional earnings statement.

Enjoei draws about 12.6 million monthly visits, according to SimilarWeb. To a certain extent, it competes in the used goods category with OLX Brazil, with major fashion retailers in Brazil, and with horizontal ecommerce site MercadoLivre — the Brazilian version of MercadoLibre.
