Jobcase, a social networking site for blue-collar workers, has acquired recruitment marketplace Upward.net for an undisclosed sum.

The U.S.-based Upward has been operating for more than a decade. It has listed over half a million jobs and received nearly a million applications in the past 30 days.

This has been Jobcase’s first acquisition since its launch in 2015, and the company is expected to increase its existing 110 million members and 20 million monthly active users by 30%. It will retain all team members of Upward.net.

With the combined network, Jobcase is promoting itself as “the 3rd largest online career destination.”

“We’ve been big fans of the Upward team for years and are thrilled to grow our combined network and technology,” said Fred Goff, co-founder and CEO of Job case. “We’ve taken a large step forward in scale and reach to ensure Jobcase stands ready to help get America and its workers back on track and back to work.”

The networking site has so far raised $149 million U.S. in five funding rounds, according to Crunchbase.
